Do you still want to be a leader?

I see two ways of being a great leader. The first one is working harder than everybody else, setting an example. It means sacrificing family, friends, most of your spare time and it doesn’t scale.

The other one scales, but it means sacrificing your own ability to do great work in order to let other do theirs.

Do you still want to be a leader? Most people I know don’t.
